Hypnosis is a naturally occuring state of mind, during which your therapist supports you to make changes in the way you think, feel and behave about your particular issue, to bring about balance and wellbeing, and leading you to make changes in a comfortable and natural way.
Hypnotherapy, like any therapeutic process of change, requires a commitment to the process of change achieved over a course of sessions. As with any therapeutic approach, I work with women to fully and completely deep dive into the changes you wish to make, unravelling, exploring and addressing what has been holding you back.
With over 18 years experience in Clinical Practice, I am Registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register and The General Hypnotherapy Standards Council for our Hypnotherapy Practice.

As your programme progresses, you’ll find that the process also allows you to explore and reflect on other areas of your life, and so this process is dynamic and fluid.

Time for a new direction in life, but need a kick start or a motivational boost?
Life Coaching is a dynamic and interactive approach to making changes to start living the life you dream of.
Through a series of conversations and activities guided by your coach, the coaching journey helps you to identify areas for change, and supports you to make those changes positively, quickly and with amazing results.
Life Coaching is a process of change that takes place over a number of sessions. In order to achieve the best results it is important that you commit to that process, therefore we offer coaching courses in blocks of 10 sessions, usually spread across 10 - 14 weeks.
If you're interested in exploring working with me as your coach, I offer a free initial exploratory call where we can see if we are the right fit for one another.
At the end of the course, you have the option to schedule further sessions to ensure that you stay on track and maximise the results.
Included in this investment are 10 x 1 hour, one to one sessions with your coach, resources, including planners, activities and goal setting exercises to work on at home., plus 1:1 support via private messaging platforms to keep you on track between sessions.
