I recognise the importance of having plenty of time to discuss what's happening for you, explore how it's impacting all areas of your life, and really dig down to identify the specific changes you'd like to achieve.
Working together in this way enables you space to explore and express the issues and for us to work together to tailor a bespoke programme of sessions. As your programme progresses, you’ll find that the process also allows you to explore and reflect on other areas of your life, and so this process is dynamic and fluid.
