Primal Roots to Soul Roots: A Transformational Retreat for Women in the Brecon Beacons with Donna Gerrard and Nicola Walsh

Friday 29th September - Sunday 1st October, 2023.

The retreat will be hosted by Donna and Nicola at The Beacon Retreat Centre in the Brecon Beacons  National Park, Wales, UK, a stunning and deeply nourishing landscape.

Come be in community with us in Beltane season to enjoy nourishing womb-friendly yoga, heal, dance, eat nourishing food and be in the beautiful Welsh landscape, to reconnect with the love of our wombs and bodies, to experience deep healing for our bodies, communities and the world.

• Hearty vegan meals and accommodation in shared rooms in the beautiful house is included. (Dormitory style rooms are also offered at a lower rate.)
• Single occupancy rooms are available at a supplement. 
• Alcohol with dinner is permitted but at additional cost or guests are welcome to bring their own drinks.

Friday  29th Soft landings

4-5 pm Arrivals, teas and snacks

5:30pm Opening circle

Gentle grounding womb-welcoming yoga

8pm Hearty Vegan Dinner 

Chat round the fire inside or fire pit outside if weather permits

Saturday 30th: Primal Roots to Soul Roots

From 7:30am Smoothies, Teas and Coffees

Grounding yoga and visualization 

10:30am Hearty Vegan Brunch

Fresh air - walk in nature. Forage for items for art and / or yoni steam ceremony ingredients.

Afternoon - yoni steam ceremony. 

Time for relaxation and optional therapies

7pm: Hearty Vegan Dinner and time for adornment

13th Moon Rite ceremony with yoni art creativity.

Sunday 1st: Sealing the container

Gentle yoga

Waterfall walk and ceremony

Time for relaxation and optional therapies

Closing circle

Base price £488 per person, based on sharing a room (but not a bed, unless you want to!) (6 places available at this price)

Sole occupancy room: £588 per person (3 places available at this price)

Reduced Dorm sharing price £388 (4 places available at this price)

£50 early bird discount for those booking and paying in full before the end of 2022.
