Gather Women in Sacred Community
Circle is a sacred space where we come together as equals to see, hear and celebrate one another. I lovingly create these spaces to be a safe container for your authentic self to shine through. All women are encouraged to share to allow your voice to be heard and to be witnessed just as you are. I politely ask for confidentiality within circle, and for everyone to allow other women to speak freely, openly and with without interruption or the need to offer advice. The beauty of the circle is often simply having a safe container in which to feel heard.
Each month we explore a theme to support us to connect to our authentic self, our heart’s knowing and our community of sisters through a lovingly guided and intuitively created programme of meditations, sound healing, drumming, journaling and deep conversation.
It is my hope that circle creates a space where you can come back to yourself, feel seen, heard and nourished and leave knowing there is a community of women holding you. We gather monthly on the Friday evening closest to the New Moon, to set our intentions and weave our magic for the cycle ahead.

Full Moon Cacao Ceremony
Connecting Heart & Womb Space with Ritual Cacao
Under the energy of the Full Moon we gather together in sacred circle, for this Full Moon Feminine Connection Cacao Ceremony.
Beginning with grounding breathwork, and the ritual of a cup of ceremonial cacao, gently guided meditation to centre and connect with the energies of the moon and the womb space.
A guided meditation leads you on a journey inward, inviting you to explore the depths of your womb space, the seat of feminine energy.
Setting intentions for the evening, focusing on releasing what no longer serves, and calling in the energy of the full moon to amplify your intuitive manifestations.
As the ceremony draws to a close, there is time for reflective journalling and connection with the community of women.
Held in the beautiful tranquility of The Snug Wellbeing Studio, home of Flow Women’s Wellbeing and gently guided by Womb Priestess and Reiki Master, Nicola, who has 2 decades of experience supporting women to connect with their authentic selves through a range of holistic wellness practices.
Everything you need to support your relaxation is provided at the studio, allowing you to arrive and settle into your session with ease.

Sound Bath Meditation
Sound Baths
Rest and Relax in the tranquility of The Snug Wellbeing Studio while listening to the healing resonance of the Himalayan singing bowls, ocean drums and other therapeutic instruments.
The session opens with grounding and calming pranayama (breathwork) to steady the body and mind, before settling down into a cosy cocoon of pillows, bolsters, blankets and eye masks for the sound alchemy healing.
Session closes with herbal teas and connection with our community of women.
