Welcome to Flow Yoga and Meditation.
Yoga is an ancient form of exercise for the mind and body, originating around 5000 years ago in India. The exercises are a combination of breath work, stretching, and strengthening which improve tone, flexibility and strength of the body, improving the flow of energy and releasing stress and tension in the body.
Our yoga classes are based on the principles of Hatha yoga, which places emphasis on the subtleties of correct postural alignment and breathwork. We offer a range of classes, with something to suit all abilities (and ages).
Classes are held in the beautiful tranquility of The Snug our own private boutique wellbeing studio, a dedicated space for calmness, connection and community. All equipment is provided, so you can turn up ready to ease into your flow.
Nicola is passionate about the physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing that yoga offers, and her classes are designed to soothe the body and the mind.
Nicola has had a personal yoga practice of some 20+ years, has taught yoga since 2016 and holds recognised qualifications in the following Yoga disciplines:
