Menopause Yoga Course
Join our 6 week holistic menopause yoga course.
Each class focusses on a different symptom of the Perimenopause phase, and offers yoga tools that may help you alleviate these sensations.
Classes may focus on:

Nicola is a women’s holistic wellness specialist, focusing on supporting women through life’s transitional phases. With over 20 years experience in holistic wellness she brings a wealth of knowledge to these sessions, blending practices from across the disciplines of yoga, sound healing, meditation, aromatherapy, holistic therapy and coaching.
Nicola’s sessions are gently guided in the beautiful tranquility of The Snug Wellbeing Studio, a boutique space for women’s wellness and community.
Expect a warm welcome, a beautiful held community and plenty of opportunities to foster the sense of connection with yourself among a community of like minded women.
Your comfort and relaxation is at the heart of the energy of the studio and everything you need for your practice is provided ready for you to ease into your session.
Sessions close with the opportunity for hand blended herbal tea and time to share space with other women in community.
This course runs on six consecutive Tuesday evenings, 7:45-9:00pm
Spaces are limited to ensure everybody has dedicated support and to create a sense of intimacy in our community. No previous experience is required, though for this class you will need to be able to get up and down from the floor.
