Your classes are gently guided by Nicola, Mum to 5, Doula, antenatal educator, Pre Postnatal Yoga Instructor and Women’s holistic well-being practitioner.
We gather in circle in a small community of expectant mums, allowing a sense of sisterhood and community to develop as we journey together through the spiral and beyond. The tranquility of the Snug Wellbeing Studio hosts these intimate sessions, beginning with a sharing circle and hand blended pregnancy herbal teas.
You'll come away from each session feeling nourished, held and supported, and by the end of the course feeling informed, educated and empowered to step into your wholeness as a birthing mumma.
